IRLAM HOUSE, LIVERPOOL
Irlam House is a 15-storey high-rise apartment building in Liverpool comprising 91 apartments. Our decoration package included painting all 91 apartments, including balcony railings and applying a marine-grade coating to the concrete floors. In addition, we carried out painting works to all communal areas, staircases, and the perimeter external railings.
This project was one of our longest programmes as we were awarded the decoration package in June 2024 and proceeded on site until Q4 2025.
CURZON HOUSE, CHESTER
Curzon House is a 40 bed Residential Home in Chester. Each wing is painted a distinct bright colour to aid in orientation and distinguish the different areas.
We were awarded this on contract in June 2024 and completed by December 2024.
HILLSTONE GRANGE, HOYLAKE
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DECORATION TO APARTMENTS
This contract was to carry out careful decoration to 7 luxury apartment, including all
external painting to window frames and sills.
